| We are sourcing garments from India to meet specific quality and price needs. We have a experienced quality team who assures that all goods are up to international quality standards. We have factories that the fully vertical units starting from knitting to dyeing and then garmenting for best prices & quality. We follow specific sampling and production process with every buyer as per specific needs and requirements, but below given is the standard process that we follow: a) Sample Development from Tech Pack / Original Sample received from buyer in fabrics requested. b) Fit Approval in size requested by buyer in similar fabrics as per sample. c) Size Sets Approvals from buyer. d) Pre Production sample approval. e) TOP Samples in all sizes from production for shipment approval. g) Final Inspection done by Quality Assurance team. h) Final Inspection report sent after inspection as per AQL 2.5 standards . OUR TEAM INCLUDES 1 designers who understand the buyer’s requirements. 3 Merchandisers who handle the routine follow-up on running orders. 1 Pattern Technicians who handle the garments technically. 2 Quality Controllers for Inspections / Quality Control with Vendors.
